Pastor Jonas is considering burning the Koran on september 11th. He says that the Koran burning is a warning against the dangers of Islam. The Koran Burning is a very controversial issue.

1 Peter 3: 8-11 calls for tolerance of all people. There are many verses to support tolerance. There are very few that support religious oppression.

I believe that this action is wrong. While some may argue that they burn the Bible, burning the Koran is only stooping down to their level. We are christians and should avoid religious oppression.
