Gasoline prices are very important to the modern economy. The price of gasoline and oil here in the U.S. is often changing. This is because we recieve our oil from the middle east. The price of gasoline in the United States is entirely dependant on how much the middle east charges for each barrel of oil.

The middle east has way to much control over the U.S. economy because of their control of oil. Because the middle east has close to monopoly on crude oil, they can easily raise the prices whenever they please, and by dojng this they can severly damge the U.S.'s economy.

The U>S. reserves also influence the prices of crude oil. We would prefer to keep the price under 100 dollars a barrel, but that is not always possible. Th U.S. must become more independent and not rely on foreign oil as much.

The U.S is not extremely dependant on the middle east fo oil. The U.S. is accused of being very dependant on foreign oil, but the data does not support these assertions. Out of the U.S.'s imports of crude oil, only 25% of it comes from the Middle East. The U.S could do more ,though,by enacting more offshore drilling.. Europe is quite dependant on the oil from the middle east. They, like the U.S., try to keep oil prices as low as possible. The scare is for when the amount of oil in the world begins to wain. Another option to these unfortunate circumstances could be offshore drilling. The middle east supplies a great deal of crude oil to world. Their entire economy is based on the supply of this product. If unrest occurs in these areas though, their prices could soar. This would greatly effect the world economy. The U.S is not as dependant on the middle east as one would think, but we still need to be more independant. Europe also could do with more independance. altogether the price of crude oil in the middle east has a great effect on the world's economy. http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/03/an_end_to_dependence_on_middle.html http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/2011/02/u-s-dependent-on-middle-east-oil-think-again/ http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-03-27/oil-trades-below-106-as-europe-debt-concerns-outweigh-middle-east-unrest.html http://www.globalissues.org/issue/103/middle-east http://www.iags.org/futureofoil.html

European nations, the U.S , and the Middle East all need oil to function. The relationship that the U.S and the European nations has is much more dependant. We need the oil, but the middle east also depends on us for financial support. We all need each other fo the Industry to thrive, unfortunately some groups would like to abuse this dependancy to increase prices. So we have to have regulations.

1. This will positively affect schools in better neighborhoods. Although the schools in bad neighborhoods will suffer as barely any teachers will want to teach students who usually recieve low grades.

2. The pro is that teachers will try hardeer to educate their students. The con is that teachers who have below average students may just give easy grades and not truly teach.

3. Teachers who have intelligent students will welcome the change, but other teachers may ne upset. Many teachers may teach well, but it is up to the student to learn.

Yesterday in Israel a suicide bomber detonated a bomb which killed him as well as another woman. 48 others were injured from the blast and people are not left to wonder why such a thing vould happen. The bomb was detonated after an Israeli minister said that Israel mught have to respond to an increase of mortar fire from the Gaza strip.
Before this blast there had been a relatively peaceful time in Israel for three years. This blast shattered that calm. The only motive that makes sense for this attack is terrorism. This attack stirred up an already trouble middle east, but many say that the vcountries muct not let this attack hinder their approach to peace.
Russian Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was in the country that day and condemned the attacks on Russias behalf. This attack has angered many in Israel and may disturb the peace talks of the countries involved, however they may hopefully be able to work these problems out.
